Advisors Ambassador Edward Streator
Ambassador Edward Streator is instrumental in providing introductions and access to senior multinational executives and directors. During his thirty years of experience in the United States Foreign Service, Ed served as Ambassador and U.S. Representative to the OECD in Paris (1984-1987), Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission for the U.S. Embassy in London (1977-1984), Deputy U.S. Permanent Representative to NATO in Brussels (1975-1977), Director of the Office of NATO Affairs of the State Department (1969-1975), and Staff Assistant to U.S. Secretary of State (1964-1966). Ed has served on numerous boards and committees including the South Bank, American Chamber of Commerce, the European Council of American Chamber of Commerce, the Royal United Services Institute for Defense Studies, the International Institute for Strategic Studies, the National Gallery of Art and the British-American Arts Association. Ed received an A.B. degree from Princeton University and maintains residences in London, England and La Romieu, France.

Ellen C. Craig
Ellen C. Craig is a consultant specializing in telecommunications and utility regulatory and policy issues. Ellen served as Chairman and Commissioner of the Illinois Commerce Commission (1989-1994), and Deputy Chief of Staff and law and policy advisor to Illinois Governor James R. Thompson (1978-1989). Through her work and presentations, she has developed a network of domestic and international contacts in business and overseas. Ellen received a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School and a B.A. from Cardinal Cushing College. Ellen is an active member of the Federal Communications Bar Association and resides in the Chicago metropolitan area.

Ronald W. Gavillet
Ronald W. Gavillet, an expert in telecommunications and currently serving as Executive Vice President Strategic and External Affairs and General Counsel, U.S.N. Communications, has advised James J. White & Associates, Inc. on numerous telecommunications and transactional issues. Ron spent ten years specializing in telecommunications law at MCI Telecommunications Corporation and the law firms Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Hopkins & Sutter. In private practice, Ron represented clients such as Centel, Teleport Communications, Centex Telemanagement, Telesphere, the governments of Venezuela and Bolivia, and The World Bank. In addition to authoring several telecommunication articles and presenting on telecommunication industry and regulatory matters, Ron served as a member of the U.S. Department of State and Commerce Task Force on Telecommunications Privatization for the ITU Conference of America and as Co-Chairman of the Federal Communications Bar Association Midwest Chapter. Ron received a J.D. from Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, a M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a B.S. and B.A. from Southern Illinois University. Ron resides in the Chicago metropolitan area.
